Knock-knock. Penny the fairy-girl and Charm the fairy-boy are back! This time they didn't ride the wind but have come by choo-choo train and have amusing adventures with vehicles. Penny learns to ride the bicycle, Charm builds a green ambulance car for the flower-rescuing frog team, and even an unknown fairy-boy appears in his red aeroplane. In this issue Penny and Charm travel to the city to visit their friend who is a car-mechanic. There they have several funny adventures and see how different jobs are done. And to make things even more exciting, Penny makes great efforts to learn to fly.
